Ability to formulate marketing strategies, identify business opportunities & build strong customer relationships, as well as applying product knowledge. Understanding market & business trends to meet assigned targets & performance expectations. Proactive, assertive & self motivated, with advanced interpersonal, communication & negotiation capabilities. Especially for Marketing Retail / Mall properties, min. 3 years experience in the relevant field.
Investment & Commercial Sales (ICS)
Responsible for the preparation of marketing materials and investment analysis for property transactions with strong emphasis on complex transactions of commercial and development projects. Must have a Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance or Real Estate. Min. 3 years experience in investment banking and/or have worked in a property consultancy firm or real estate company.
