: Leased 942.082.5 sqm (10,2 million
sqft) of office for 98 local and multinational companies
and retail premises, and 433 residential units.
Capital Markets and Investment disposed of IDR 700
billion (US$ 75 million) of commercial assets and
residential condominiums. |
Property
Management : Manage 44 office, retail
and residential properties totaling over 1,2 million
sqm (12.96 million sqft), with an annual rent and
service charge collection of IDR 800 billion (US$
88 million). |
